A Month of Heart, Celebration, and Connection Across Allaire Communities

February was filled with energy, appreciation, and meaningful moments across our Allaire communities. From festive celebrations and wellness activities to heartfelt staff recognition and resident achievements, the month brought everyone together in memorable ways. Here’s a look back at the highlights that made February so special!

ACTIVITIES

Memory Game Champion

Mikey proudly dominated the memory game, demonstrating focus, cognitive strength, and a competitive spirit that energized and inspired the entire room.

Sugar on Snow Tradition

Springfield embraced a classic New England winter tradition with sugar on snow. Fresh snow paired with real maple syrup created a fun, hands-on experience that sparked joy and seasonal nostalgia.

Family Style Breakfast

A warm, family-style breakfast brought staff together in gratitude and teamwork. Allaire Angels and orientees shared meaningful conversation and connection to start the day.

Heart Health Month Celebration

Claremont recognized Heart Health Month by offering heart-healthy snacks to the team, promoting wellness, and encouraging mindful choices in a supportive environment.

Valentine’s Day Celebration

Grove Park celebrated Valentine’s Day with delicious snacks and a festive atmosphere, creating a joyful and social experience for residents.

Valentine’s Snowball Royalty Social

Grandview crowned kings and queens from each wing during a lively Valentine’s Snowball Social. With voting from staff, families, and residents, the event brought excitement, community pride, and celebration, complete with flowers, chocolates, and special recognitions.

Cardio Drumming with Resurrection Fitness

Residents stayed active and energized with a lively cardio drumming session. Music, rhythm, and movement combined to support heart health, coordination, and uplifting group engagement.

Allaire University Fun

Staff participated in Allaire University, enjoying a fun and engaging learning experience that supported growth, teamwork, and continued development.

Mardi Gras Bingo

Fallsview brought Mardi Gras spirit to life with themed bingo, combining entertainment, social interaction, and festive fun.

Super Bowl Celebration

Residents enjoyed a Super Bowl event at Elizabeth Park, complete with refreshments and nonalcoholic beer, creating a lively, inclusive game-day atmosphere.

Movie Theater Experience

Spring Creek transformed the dining room into a full-fledged movie theater with a large screen, surround sound, and fresh popcorn, offering residents an immersive, exciting viewing experience.

Community Outreach Visit

Nursing administration staff connected with students at Schuylkill Technology LPN School, sharing career opportunities and strengthening community partnerships in healthcare.

National Wear Red Day

Staff showed support for heart health awareness by wearing red, reinforcing the importance of cardiovascular wellness.

Valentine’s Day Party

A festive Valentine’s Day party brought residents together for celebration, connection, and cheerful moments.

Dr. Seuss Celebration

Residents enjoyed a playful Dr. Seuss celebration featuring green eggs and ham, cupcakes, and creative fun that encouraged engagement and smiles.

Sweet Treats and Meaningful Moments

Silver celebrated World Nutella Day with treats and bingo, while also kicking off Valentine’s Day festivities with heartfelt reflections on love and connection.

Random Acts of Kindness Day

Team members uplifted one another through thoughtful notes and nominations, spreading positivity and recognizing the impact of everyday kindness.

Mardi Gras Celebration

Morris View joined in the Mardi Gras fun with a festive celebration that encouraged laughter, socialization, and community spirit.

Dr. Seuss Spirit Week

Residents enjoyed green eggs and ham during Dr. Seuss Spirit Week, bringing creativity and playful engagement into daily activities.

National Chocolate Mint Day Treats

Employees were treated to chocolate mint ice cream by the incredible Administrator Pritesh, creating a fun, appreciative workplace moment.

Luncheon & Learn

Morristown participated in a Luncheon & Learn at Morristown Medical Center with Atlantic Health System, supporting education, collaboration, and professional growth.
